The purchased goods could be returned with in 14 days from the delivery date.
Returns made after the indicated time could bee exclusively acceppeted at discretion of Luciana Boutique s.r.l.
Luciana Boutique s.r.l. will refund the whole cost of the purhased goods returned by the customer provided that there is the original r.a. released by Luciana Boutique.
The refund, shipping costs excluded, will be credited on the same debit or credid card used for the original purchase or on the bank account used for bank transfer.

In oreder to carry out the return, you will receive an email with the rma must be inserted inthe return box.
Luciana Boutique s.r.l. we will send a pre-compiled rma with also the shipping address to be put on the box. non – authorised returns will not be accepted.
